Developing Resilient Supply Chain in Disruption Condition Using QFD and LPP: A Case Study in a Pharmaceutical Company during Covid-19

In this paper, we design a resilient supply chain by determining risks, prioritizing strategies, and also the relationships between them using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method during Covid-19. Moreover, those strategies with required further attention to minimize risks are determined applying Linear Physical Programming (LPP) approach, which is flexible easy approach in order determine accurate weights objective space. This research contributes growing literature on demonstrate how develop mathematical model for designing QFD LPP methods Based obtained results, three play crucial role reducing of pharmaceutical company increasing its resilience based results: implementing appropriate relevant policies terms number selection suppliers, employing up-to-date procedures pricing market analysis, upgrading agility cope natural disasters. Hence, study can bring important insights managers professionals involving area use while facing risks.
